Chronically Implantable Electrode/Canula Pump Array

This system was developed in cooperation with the California Institute of Technology. This unique system will allow single or multi-unit recordings of neural elements while precise injections of chemicals or drugs are administered. These systems are currently available. The unit shown uses PlasticsOne's Osmotic Pump Connector Cannula, model MH-300 and Micro Probe's 75 micron diameter Pt/Ir microelectrodes. They are also available with tungsten electrodes as well.
